As your authorized dealer, we are able to:
  • View your generator’s status remotely
  • Reset faults or alarms
  • Confirm whether the generator has completed its weekly exercise cycle
Without the subscription, Mobile Link will only send a basic monthly status email, and will no longer notify you—or us—of real-time issues like faults, power outages, or exercise cycles.
