Rob responded in a very timely manner, and I had my estimate in a few days from the day I called. Rob came out within a few days and walked me through the entire installation. As we were going through the process, Rob answered any questions I had. He also explained the various options available to me.
Within a few minutes it was obvious that Rob was much more knowledgeable than the previous companies that came out for estimates. Rob was willing to take the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the entire installation process.
